I just completed my workout because we're going to have warm weather today so I thought I'd rather workout before my living room becomes an oven.
I liked the cardio videos, and the one listed as extra credit ended up being the one that felt the most challenging in the balance and coordination department.
The yoga toning workout burned way more than I thought it would, especially in the shoulders. Maybe they were already a bit tired after yesterday's workout...
The active stretching always feels a bit weird but it's also interesting. Maybe I just don't do it often enough to get used to it, and get better at it too. I added some passive stretches at the end because I felt like my muscles were asking for more.
