Struggling

Hi everyone

I have struggled with my body image for years. I can go through times where I feel quite happy and confident, not worrying excessively about diet and doing a reasonable amount if activity. But then it suddenly all goes downhill again and I start feeling fat and worried about how I look, which makes me want to start strictly monitoring my diet and exercising much more. Does anyone have any suggestions on finding balance and ways to maintain good feelings about my body even though it isnt "perfect"? I am in one of the "down" moments right now and finding it really hard. I cant trust myself to know whether I am a complete whale or it isnt as bad as I think.
