#FB Sweat COMPLETE!

Hi guys! I just finished the PFL from the last day of FB Sweat!

Full Push Ups: 14 (+2)

Half Push Ups: 7 (+2)

Number of Squats: 35 (+5)

Weight Used (if any): 5kg/hand

Static Plank Time: 1:53! (probably my life record haha!) (+19s)

Sit and Reach Measurement: 17.5 cm (+1.5cm)

This program was tough, but I really liked it.

During the last couple of weeks I lowered the intensity of the workouts and I didn't do the extra challenges either because I felt really tired after the first two weeks of HIIT. I kind of felt guilty for not pushing myself hard enough during some exercises, but also felt like I'm beginning to hate it, so decided that instead of quitting it forever, better take it slow. I also did low intensity cardio like walking and roller skating.

And I can't believe I'm writing this but there are moments when I like and even crave HIIT! Yeah, I feel like dying during the workout but it's also amazing feeling strong enough to do some of the exercises! (star jumps or burpees anybody?)

Don't give up, people!

Now I'd like to do a low intensity program, I'm craving some pilates and kickboxing 😂 any suggestions?
