June Strong Plus Challenge - Day 4 Complete! (Check-In)
Hello Blender Peeps!
You guys know how Kelli and Daniel say we have strong days and weak days? Yeah today wad more of a weak day for me. I had to use less weight than I usually do for some exercises but that's okay. It's better I do that than plow through weight I know would be "too much" today at least. I also had to sit down with this one but my core had to work a lot more so that is a plus. Today was an upper body workout with Daniel and it was not what I expected. I have never done this one before...at least I don't think I have...It was different for sure. In this one () doing each move we had to alternate left arm and right arm. Workouts like these I really enjoy because doing each arm at a time or leg at time really shows which is weaker and what to work on. For me personally my left arm is stronger and I really do feel like my right arm is getting pretty close to being equal to it. I'm making progress. I just need to even out my legs and glutes. Another thing about this workout is it was three sets of everything. Usually I'm not a big fan of these but I really enjoyed this one. I guess you could say I get "bored easily" after the first two rounds.
