Yep, still doing that. Still going with 14/10, but about ten days in IF, I introduced breakfast back into my diet. After a lifetime of eating first thing in the morning, I just was feeling too hungry to ignore my body's signal - the one telling me - eat now, please! 😉
Now I'm back on having 3 meals from 10 am to 8 pm, and so far, so good. The only difference is, I tend to do smoothie or smoothie bowls in the mornings, or fruit salads. Mainly I go with something nutritious, refreshing, and with natural sugar. 😊
