This picture shows my T-Shirts in my wardrobe and I find it very frustrating. Left hand side are all the T-Shirts I can’t wear anymore, because I gained too much weight. Right hand side are the leftovers, which I can still wear.
I’m working out with FB since a couple of years, but for some reasons until recently, I never checked out the web-page nor this fantastic group. Now I’m here and got inspired by all those posts and great responses and support, that I decided to make a few little changes in my life. I changed my workouts to make them smarter, at the moment I cook only the free FB recipes and I try to switch sweets for healthy treats, but that is a hard one.
It was by accident that I grabbed a T-Shirt from the wrong stack, and I realised that I actually fit into it again. It was so exciting. And now, bit by bit, the T-Shirts are moving from the “Can’t wear side” back to the “Can wear side”.
How about you? Have you experienced something similar? If yes, how did you get there? And how did you feel?
