I had another surgery earlier this year which has caused me to lose me strength and cardio endurance. I'm back to a beginner. But I can't figure out if I should work on my cardio endurance before working on my strength, or should I do them at the same time.
The reason I ask is because at first I was doing too much too hard and ran myself down, mostly because I was doing workouts way too advanced for me. I've also had to take a rest day in between workouts, so I workout every second day.
Do you think I should combine strength and endurance or just focus on endurance?
