I started my fitness blender journey last year with occasional workouts. In May I did my first program, FB Strong. I continued with FB Abs 2 in June.
Today I started into the third week. Last week I felt I had improved particularly with the HIIT sessions. But today's session totally wore me out. For certain parts I'm still lacking coordination and speed. I found it a bit frustrating. But reading that it's important to focus on individual progress helped me a bit.
I'll keep on showing up. I did the extra strengths part because I felt I could do it. And that was good.
Overall, I feel stronger since the beginning of the two programs. And I have gained flexibility which helps with the range of motion.
