so i was scheduled to do this last monday but i pushed it to today so that i wasnt worried about what time it was, having to cook dinner etc.
in the meantime i did Hiit like a girl and went to my strength training class at the gym 3x 💪🏻
so.. as always i am NOT a fan of total body - i want to do either hiit/cardio OR weights - or do weights first then cardio - because i personally find it very defeating knowing that i can lift at least twice as much but im too exhausted -
