The photos are 14th of May vs 13th of June, so almost exactly a month between them.
I’m a bit nervous to post these as I’ve never done anything like this before and don’t really like taking photos of myself, but I wanted to see if there were any changes from before I started Abs 2 and after I finished it (well, 1 day before I finish!)
I’m not sure if there’s a huge difference physically and my abs are definitely still hiding, but I definitely feel a difference in myself! My clothes fit better, my muscles feel tighter, and posture is a lot better too. So, thank you to Kelli and Daniel for creating such a great programme, my Abs 2 buddies who provided accountability and support, and to myself for showing up and working out consistently ☺️
