I have a question for anyone who has completed Reach as a stand alone program. Did you find it hard getting back into cardio & HIIT routines after completing this?
I started Reach on Monday & intended to do it as a stand alone program. I am enjoying it so far, I am definitely concentrating on my form more & am quite surprised how sore my muscles have been each day 😉 However as there is very little cardio in it, I am concerned that once I finish the program I'll struggle with cardio & HIIT routines. In my last 2 programs I noticed an improvement in my endurance & stamina & I don't want to lose this. On the other hand, if I combine it with another program, I don't want to burn myself out by trying to fit in 1hr+ workouts each day!
Any advice, suggestions would be most welcome! Thank you.
