I'm quite overweight, not good with bodyweight exercises or with many jumps.
My first programme was FB Low impact 2 and I loved it, I've also lost many centimetres. Then I've started FB Fit: in the beginning it was fine, I was feeling great and full of energies; now, after 4 weeks, I don't feel like follow it anymore. I don't know if it's because it's hot or because I'm bored but my mind just can't follow it anymore.
So I was thinking of stopping it and start another one, maybe lighter. Any advise? Thank you 💙
