Has anyone else completed FB FIt Week 3? Firstly I'm realising FB Fit is not for the faint hearted! I love working out, but I'm more of a strength workout person with a small dose of cardio/HIIT (15minutes tops) I also love the strength sessions that feel like cardio too, but I decided to venture into the unknown and try something new.
But week 3 of FB Fit looks like it's going to be a challenge. I don't think I have ever seen that much cardio in a workout week.
I don't ever really struggle with motivating myself to workout because I enjoy it and I also love that discomfort feeling lifting heavy weights and you're worried if you'll make it back up from a heavy squat. Where I struggle mostly is with pushing through that discomfort feeling during intense cardio, you know when your breathing is off and your brain tells you to stop but your body has more in the tank. How do you all push through it?
