I asked on here a while ago how I could add some resistance to my workouts and you delivered, Thanks FB Family. So today was the first day I wore the wrist weights (2kg) for the entire workout, adding the dumbbells for more weight. Can I just say ow! Even drinking water felt like weight lifting!
Another change is I've added a resistance band and use it mostly for deadlifts but a couple of other lower body exercises when I'm feeling strong.
I'm finishing up FB Strong week 3 and when I'm done, I think I'll take a week or two off before I start the next program.
