So, I began this weight loss journey 5 years ago. After a few months, I discovered fitness blender, and from a "weight loss" journey it became a "healthier me-stronger me" journey. It has been incredible and amazing. I am so proud of how I can now easily tackle hard core HIIT workouts that before I could not even look at.
The only problem is, I am not losing weight any longer.
I use a calorie-counter app to check calories and macros. My recipes are all very healthy and follow the style of the ones from fitness blender. I KNOW I am eating well. I workout every day, alternating intense days and easier ones. I feel healthy.
But the scale is stuck! Stuck at 76 kilos (167 lbs) and it will not go down. My goal weight is around 68 kilos (149 lbs).
I am not looking for fast and easy, but weeks and weeks without losing anything at all is just frustrating.
