Need advice

I was feeling very worn down at the end of last week (second week of FB Sweat). I tried to workout on Thursday and made it about 1/2 through before I decided to listen to my body. The next day I had a sore in my mouth and did not work out. My question as I start a new week and try to get back at it is, do I pick up where I left off or scrap those two days I missed and move on?
