How is everyone's week going? In case you want a little something to look forward to, here's our schedule for early next week - it's going to be a busy, exciting time.
Sunday, May 31 @ 8 AM PST
✅FB Plus gets a major update. If you have a Plus Membership, you'll find a significant change waiting for you under "My Programs"; all of our previous 2 Week FB Plus Challenges will be available to you as of 5/31/20
✅That means FB Plus now comes with:
2 Week FB Burn
2 Week FB Fit
2 Week FB Choose Your Own
And as of Sunday, 2 Week FB Strong
That means you'll be able to reschedule and use these Challenges in the same way you would one of our Workout Programs.
✅You will want to revisit your previously completed 2 Week Challenges, there's a button you need to hit ;)
✅The new FB Plus 2 Week Challenge goes live on Sunday (as mentioned above) - the theme for June is FB Strong, so grab your dumbbells.

✅Free workout video goes live - this one is a really fun combo of kettlebell & jump rope (heads up; you can always use a dumbbell as a sub for the kettlebell 😉) - you'll find that new free workout here

✅FB Plus Workout goes live - this video is a combo HIIT & resistance band workout for the lower body
