Just a quick message to share with you. It's been almost 2 months that I'm working out with you guys. The whole month of April I did a random pick on free workouts and I'll be finishing Low Impact tomorrow.
I'm not losing weight BUT I notice some positive "side effects" that I choose to be proud of:
- Bouncier butt
- Better posture
- Half of my double chin is gone
Rendez-vous in a couple of months to see other positive things coming?
