how to bridge gap between FB Low impact & FB Fit ?

Hello,

I recently got the FB Fit Round 2 program.

However, it looks like one needs to be in really good shape to do this program.

Would you be able to advice , in what sequence should a beginner do FB programs to get to decent fitness level, to be able to even attempt FB fit R2 program ?

How does a beginner bridge the gap between a Fb low impact & Fb Fit ? What programs should one do between these 2 , to reach a level where u can then start FB fit.
