I know the scale shouldn't matter, but I seem to be stuck in a stay-at-home funk. I do WW and today I weighed in at another 2.4+ from last week. I exercise regularly, but seem to be stuck in a rut or something. My diet could be better, but I seem to get off track in the evenings. I am currently 2 weeks into Bored Easily but I might start Strong again until the next FB+ challenge comes out. For now I am off for a fresh air walk: per usual the morning news is heart wrenching. Ugh.
