"never have I ever..."-workout program

Never have I ever ....done this workout.. That is my program for this week. Drinking is not really healthy, especially not when you need to workout, so lets do 10 burpees when you have done the workout instead :P

So, how many burpees is that for you? I will add my 20 on wednesday ;)

What are you doing this week? Do you sometimes plan yourself, and do you then go for favourites or do you look for new workouts to add to your favourites?
