Hi everyone! How have you been doing this past week? My week was really nice because I got to see some of my clients at work again. I have missed them so much. Not working online for an entire day has also made me less tired. Communicating face-to-face with people with a communicating disorder is not as intense as through videocalling.
My goals were these:
** do my yoga teachers shoulder/neck video at least once, I feel like I need it. Didn't do it.. I didn't feel as much tension though. Maybe also because at the beginning of the week, I tried to losen my neck and something did pop, releasing quite a bit of stress.
** get in my steps at least 3 days this week: exactly 3 times :) and one day I got 93%
** eat less snacks; I have been snacking a bit too much this past week. I was doing really good with the mindful / intuitive eating before, so I want to get back to that. Been doing pretty good. But my period is coming up, so this week will be a bit hard..
I have the next week with my self planned routine and then I start Abs2 next monday. My goals this week will be about the same:
* get in my stepgoal at least 3x this week
* be kind to myself when I have my period, but not let it be a reason to eat all the chocolate...
