For over a year I have been doing exercises videos 2-3 times a week, for 30 - 50 minutes. During that time I have become fitter and more flexible.
Now I have the “4 Week Program, FB Sweat - Burn Fat, Build Muscle, Tone - 30 or 50 Minutes a Day ” done.
Without any progress.
I lost nothing, absolutely nothing. The size of my legs, hip, etc. has remained the same. Although my flexibility improves slightly, I still feel disappointed that my body has not visibly changed.
At the moment I am working on the “FB Fit - Round 2 - 8 Week Fat Loss Program to Lose Weight, Build Lean Muscle & Tone Up”
Today is also day 6 again and I still have not lost any weight. How is that possible? What am I doing wrong?
My body is tired and I feel my muscles, that's all I notice.
I eat healthy anyway and I certainly don't get over the allowed calories a day.
