How to know accurate calories burned?

Hi FB peoples!

I wanted to know how other people keep track of the calories burned during a routine without a heart rate device.

I don't have a device so I take the average of the calories listed for the work out. Even if I'm going full out, lifting all the weight, doing all the burpees, I would rather be under calorie than over.
