My photo is little yellow flowers from our yard . First time ghosting, I thought I'll go with Raven's theme, flowers💐😊. These very small(the smallest) lawn weed flowers grow all over my backyard and I don't see them as weeds rather I love them. I don't know their names or any other info about them but I know that they make our grass prettier😍

Prettier has nothing to do with working out but let's just get to it😁. How are you moving today? Fast? Slow? Stretchy? Lifty? All or none of the above maybe? Well, what ever is in your calendar, hope you tackle it like you mean it with modification as needed by listening to your body of course(we're Blenders after all. We know better😉). I have an active recovery routine waiting for me to call it an #Aprilchallengefirst weekcomplete. Awesome challenge so far! Ok, nothing to connect the paragraphs🙈. No smooth transitioning🤷 to food section except my belly's reminding me just now, we need to fill it out and nourish( and hydrate of course) our active bodies. So how you're managing this very yummy duty? Is it crunchy? Chewy? Slurpy? Maybe all of the above? Please share your to be yummy experience later in the day or perhaps any meal of the day. I didn't make that pizza yesterday🤦(life modifications). We just were invited by our freezer. So maybe I go for it today hopefully.
