Newbie question about Strength training and toning for arms

Hi everyone,

I am a newbie to training and all things fitness and have just successfully completed Bodyweight. I am nearly a week into FB Fit. I have seen great results with the Bodyweight program already, but this is the first time I am strength training and using dumbbells.

I would like to tone my arms and get rid of my bat wing flaps. My question is whether I can add the arm toning exercises such as the Tank Top arms 9 minute videos a few times a week when Strength training day and upper body day comes on, or if the arm toning target videos are light enough to do more often? or is it just too much and I should just stick to the FB Fit program?
