Just finished this program today. really liked it, perhaps even more than round #1! pushed myself with it and feel that I have lost or moved my inches around although I didn't measure. There were some days that were a little strained on my deteriorating joints, but I was able to manage. Thanks Kelli & Daniel for giving us all so many options!!
