Not done this one before so decided to tackle it today. It is really challenging but also really fun. I got am amazing burn and super shaky muscles. You know it's tough when Daniel is concerned about how many reps are left!
I was also really pleased to learn I can mostly do the harder versions, double leg drop anyone? That said I still find all the prone moves pretty tough and my ROM is a work in progress.
Finally, my top tip for grooming post this routine... if you are a person who, due to lockdown is having to shave their legs, popping one foot up on the side of the bath. Do not attempt this after this session! I swear as soon as I was on one leg my glute seemed to think a second pilates attack was coming and protested strongly! Not good when holding a razor.
I think I may invent a new term 'IOMS' instead of delayed onset, 'instant onset muscle soreness!'
