FB Strong or FB Mass?

Hi! I’ve been doing FB workouts on and off for a few years. I’ve done FB Low Impact and FB Abs R1 in the past, but I’m looking to do a guided strength training program. I’m not trying to lose weight, just to build muscle and feel stronger. Would FB Strong or FB Mass be the best way to go?
