I'm so thrilled to have just learned of FB! I Being as I'm already in a routine of sorts, I was thinking of starting a 5-day challenge next week. Does anyone have any suggestions on the best beginner/ starter workouts? I'm already fairly active, but don't want to jump into anything too high intensity. TIA!
