Workout Complete, with all four of us. Our four leggeds were no help at all, of course, but they're a pleasant distraction & we got in a great workout. We do tend to leave them in the house if we're doing something more intense like lifting or HIIT (don't want to step on any paws).
We've been "playing" a lot more during our workouts lately and you may start to see/feel the impact of that in our upcoming workouts. Weaving in different training styles & equipment - medicine balls, bands, kettlebell, jump rope, foam roller, treadmill, basketball, etc. Really all you need is your own bodyweight or a set of dumbbells, but we've been feeling very lucky to have ways to stay active at home, now more than ever.
We've had our heads down in work, personal projects, and even a bit of rest last week! We've got some FB Plus updates coming up at the beginning of June that we're really excited about, plus a new 2 Week Challenge, new YouTube & Plus workout videos.
