So I might have a problem...I bought all the programs that have been on sale recently on FB. Which is great cuz they are such good deals, so I took advantage of the sales.
I have done Low Impact R2, and I'm currently doing BodyWeight R2, and although I was afraid of the amount of HIIT and Cardio in it, I must confess that now I love it! I still struggle with the HIIT workouts, but man in the end it feels so good :)
I'm on week 3, and now I was wondering what to do next. Like I said I bought all the programs on sale, so far, which are - Sweat, Fit R2 BoredEasily, Abs R2, and Strong.
My main goal it's to get more fit, in general, but I would like to get more endurance (so during HIIT I'm not always huffing and puffing), to work on my upper body strength, because it's a bit of a weak spot, and to tone up.
