Absolutely loving FB!

Hi All!

Be warned - FB love fest ahead!

Over the years, I've tried many on-line programs and was a faithful gym goer. Since the lock down, I came across FB and I'm so happy I did! I started with the free videos and just started FB Fit, Round 1.

I can honestly say that I LOVE everything about FB! I absolutely love the way the programs are formatted on-line: everything from the calorie counter, to the timer bar, to the exercise preview in the upper left corner and so on!

But most of all I adore Kelli and Daniel! I love how real they are - they lose count sometimes, they get tired, they joke and rib each other, etc. And by doing so, they make the workouts relatable! There's no muscle-bound guru with techno music pulsating in the background, using equipment that can only be found in a big gym.

I'm sold on FB - so much so that I'm cancelling my gym membership! I was getting up at 3:30 am 5 x a week, working out for 2 hours each day and not seeing great results. I now realize that was because I was totally in a rut, using the same machines and equipment, doing the same routine day in day out.

FB offers a great format, a great team, and phenomenal variety. I'll never be in a rut again!
