ok first workout and im so glad i chose this program after my experience with abs2. also glad i read up on fb. this was the best workout ive done yet!
in every interval i only watched kelly to see what we were doing and then looked away and did it at my own pace. after 10years in group ex classes at the gym - such a hard concept! but its whats going to work for me.
extra credit challenge - really? more power to anyone who still had the energy to do that whew. i think its mostly because im not used to mixing weights and cardio.
so if you saw my pft begin you saw my sit and reach was terrible(-9 inches 🤦♀️) and Storm has suggested the 3 day flexibility challenge in week2 and then every other week but i might start this weekend since its memorial day and i have 3 days off. so yea im going to do it because i know i need too but im going hate/detest/dislike every.. single.. second of it! 😂
