I have one more week of a program left to finish and I am looking to see which one I should purchase. I’m looking to cut weight. I just quit nursing 8 weeks ago and also quit drinking coffee. I have gained 7 lbs. We eat organic and clean, nothing processed and little dairy. I know I have to cut back on snacking but we are still eating healthy. Do you guys run ever on top of workouts? I am 5.4 and 138 lbs. I was 130 before both of my sons but I have gained significant muscle since using your site for over a year while studying in China.
