Modification suggestions

Hey guys, thank you so much for providing all these wonderful workouts, both the free ones and the FB Plus. Especially during this quarantine craziness, I miss going to the gym everyday, and you guys really help me fill that gap!

I have some health issues (bad knees) that makes some of the things in the workout hard for me. I really appreciate the low impact modifications that you offer in almost every workout. Even with modifications there are some things I can and cannot do. For example, I can do squats all day long, but even shallow lunges hurt and make it hard for me to finish the workout. Some things are really counterintuitive; I can do split jumps but not two foot jumps, I can do a high knee run but not butt kickers, I can do lateral jumps but not jumping jacks.

I already spoke to do a doctor who confirmed there's nothing wrong on radiographs, and suggested strengthening exercises and modifications to my exercise routine if something hurts. Based on these limitations, what substitutions do you recommend for things like lunges and jumps that I have trouble with?
