I am new to FB and so far it has been wonderful! I have completed the 5-day challenge for busy people, the 3-day flexibility challenge, and I've now completed day 2 of the FBblend program. I have worked out in the past and it has always felt like a weight (pun intended!) on my shoulders and overbearing--which is why I always end up quitting. It is hard to stick with something you dread. These videos have been so helpful in keeping things fun, new, and have been enormously informative--all while being challenging. Thanks FitnessBlender for putting something out there that is real, educational, and fun--you make it even better by being real yourselves and not putting on a show.
