I don't post my Worjoit complete often but yesterday I was so proud and happy about it, I decided to perpetuate it here, lol. I ALWAYS strive to raise my heart rate during a HIIT, since this is the main purpose of this kind of training, but sometimes when I check my tracker afterwards, it tells me I was in "fat burning" zone most of the workout, and in the middle zone maybe for 5 minutes of 20. It doesn't really matter a lot, as long as I know I really pushed myself and I couldn't have it done faster, more, etc., but yesterday I did nothing else but this short HIIT and I was so happy about the results showing in the heart rate section of the app. π±ππΊπ»π― (Plus, I really loved doing it. ππ)
