Sorry in advance, as this is more of a reflection to myself.
So today is day #16 of my lifestyle change, and I am feeling really good! Even my lungs are happy ๐
I personally started to follow a mainly plant-based lifestyle at the beginning of this month (May 2, 2020).
I do eat lean protein (organic chicken and lean ground beef).
While I did have a few bites of gelato today, as a treat, my sugar cravings disappeared on day #5 of eating real food!
I have also been drinking only water (84 ounces a day).
My food go-to has been homemade cauliflower rice (either as โfriedโ rice or Mexican rice) ๐
And yes, I have been exercising as well! I have already noticed a difference in flexibility and endurance. I actually did HIIT yesterday, with correct form, and did not stop!
I canโt believe my lungs are only running at 19% ๐ฎ
God is great โ๏ธ ๐
And, the encouragement I have received from the FB community has been overwhelming. Thank you โฅ๏ธ
