I am new to FB and have done some very minimal and inconsistent exercise. I'm tired of hating my body and need to lose weight for high BP too. I work full time and have 3 small boys and a husband, so i struggle to feel like i have time to do much. But i need something that's effective. Any suggestions on what to start with?
