Pros/Cons of doing Extra Credit video at a different time than the main workout?

I just started FB Sweat which has extra credit videos. For the first day, I just added on the EC video after the main video but before the cooldown.

However, my arms were so tired from the main workout that I found myself barely capable of doing many of the exercises in the EC video. A few hours later, I tried showing my husband one of the moves I struggled to do earlier and I was able to do it with much better form, since my muscles had had time to relax. Now I'm worried that the EC video was mostly a waste of time since I was much shakier and not completing the exercises for the full time or in the best form.

So I'm wondering what order other people do with the EC workouts and if they've noticed any advantages and disadvantages in holding videos for later rather than doing them straightway in the main workout.
