So I just finished the first week of FBStrong, and so far I absolutely LOVE this program. The amount of strength training in this program is more than I'd ever expected which is obviously amazing!
However, I have run into a slight problem: I've gained weight instead of losing it (4lbs), I don't know what is causing this weight gain because as I checked my body's measurements, everything was still roughly the same: which is why I'm writing this. Can anybody explain this?
