Re-starting Strong with New Goals

Good morning FB fam!

I completed Strong a week ago, and am taking a week off now to give my body a much needed break. When I did Strong I didn’t follow the program very well (Subbed my own workouts in a lot, doubled days, etc). While I enjoyed it I feel like I didn’t get as much out of it as I could have, so I’m re-starting Strong again this week!

My goals this time are to really focus on increasing my weights and not over-doing it. The only changes I’ll probably make are doing cardio or HIIT on the core days and maybe a few 10 min “extra credit” workouts 2 -3 times a week.

I just took the FB personal fitness test and I’m excited to see what will improve after completing the program again.

Question because I’m curious: to those who have finished Strong, what was your favorite workout in the program?
