FB Sweat #ProgramComplete

I've completed my first ever FB program and I'm so excited! It was a perfect choice and I can see some changes in my before and after pics as well which is amazing!

My PFT results are:

1 mile run: 10m16s (42 seconds faster than my first PFT)

Push ups: 1 full, 22 half (I did 16 half push ups in my first one)

Squats: 80 (18 more than my first one)

Plank: 51 seconds (11 seconds longer)

Sit and reach: +7.7 inches (1.7 inches more)

My plan is now to get the April and May FB Plus Challenges done! If anyone has any recommendations for other programs I can try, let me know! I've truly fallen in love with them!
