FB Low Impact Round 2 Before & After

Hello to all of you,

I've had a very difficult relationship with my body since my early childhood.

During the lockdown, I purchased some programs from FB as they seemed like honest, nice people and I enjoyed working out with K&D.

I started on April 18 and I finished on May 8 (yesterday). I did all the extra challenges and just one time the beginner alternative :)

Wanted to show you my results. I was a little bit deceived, because my measurements all increased and my weight didn't change. But I took some time to analyse the pictures and I see some minor changes. Plus I could do my first real push-up in my whole life in week 3 :D Also, my mental strength really increased.

On Monday, I will start FBFit and I'm really excited
