Today I was supposed to do a total body cardio routine but I was sore in my abs still so I done some yoga today instead.
This week I've just felt so unmotivated to do my workouts and I think I know the reason why. During the summer I tend to feel very sluggish and I'm less focused on health etc because I feel like the summer time is when you have a BBQ, eat ice cream and have some nice cold drinks. Due to this it therefore makes me feel less in check with myself and almost as if I don't have control over what I'm doing. I am trying to eat as healthy as possible but everything creeps back up on me and I have those iced coffees, the pepsi max and ice lollies and it just gets me down. What I may need to do is just to keep a food diary for a few weeks just so I'm aware of what I'm eating and therefore I won't be eating or drinking unhealthy stuff. This doesn't mean that anything is 'off limits' to me, it's just to help myself not eat or drink too much junk within one day.
If anyone else in the FB family has any suggestions on how to help I would love to hear it. 👍🏻
