Hey all! This may be a strange question, but do you know of Daniel and/or Kelli have any sort of "instructional videos" of how to properly do certain moves (especially for strength training)? I know they are always saying to "check your form" if certain ones seem too easy, but from what I can tell I think I'm doing things correctly, but often don't feel any difficulty (even when I increase the weight) So I figure I must be doing something wrong and was hoping maybe they had basic instructional video. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!
