After moving from my hometown in Russia to Calif last year (at the start of my junior year) I started doing cheer 3x per week, volleyball 5x per week, a 3-12km run every day in the morning before school and around 1x per week my squad and I would go to the gym. I dont want to quit anything and I really enjoy doing it all. I already ran quite a lot back in Russia but didnt have the resources to do all of this. I have been very tired, cranky and cannot go to sleep easily. I am part of the track team and dont want to let anyone down by quiting either.
I feel like I am becoming very unfit during the isolation but I also dont feel as tired as before -
Overtraining? Is this too much working out?

I have two main questions
1) how can I keep fit during isolation
2) am I overtraining and how can I fix it?
Any thoughts much appreciated! :)
