Stretch and Tone for Core Stability and Back Health

Hi Fitness Blender Family,

Many of us take stretching and back health for granted. We’ve been guilty of this ourselves, but no more!

This routine, Stretch and Tone for Core Stability and Back Health, leaves you no excuse not to take care of your back.

There is nothing fancy with this routine. It is not timed, and there are no specific number of repetitions. But, you should always take special care when doing workouts like this (even if you have no chronic injuries) and be sure to start with the lowest level of difficulty to properly judge your current core conditioning...and build from there.

If you have a history of injury or known weakness, make sure and talk to your doctor before you start any workout routine, including this one, even though we developed it with post-rehab and preventative exercises in mind.
