Just wanted to share that I've completed week 1 of FB Bodyweight R2. I'm really enjoying the mix of HIIT and pilates so far.
Although no weights are involved, the workouts are definitely hard. I'm still getting used to antagonistic exercises but I'm keeping at it, which is what counts! 🙂
